Why? Anecdotally, it doesn't seem likely to produce results. The poster on here who discussed the (terrific) idea for a $44 donation program that got nowhere seemed to get the runaround. Thirteen months later, I'm waiting for a reply from the official in the athletic department to whom I directed a couple questions.
 
These complaints are commonplace. How many people on here spend how many thousands of dollars each year on SU's product and find it nearly impossible to reach a live person to take suggestions? It's not a matter of resources - look at that list. There's the better part of $2,000,000 in payroll up there and yet no one's seeing results.
 
Love what Gross has done with the non-revenue sports. However, he's created an enormously bloated organization that appears to be a make-work program for friends of the school. The department is struggling badly at some of its easiest tasks and we're not seeing results commensurate with the size of its expenditures.
