watching the g'town-SJU game - that Porter is one helluva rebounder - actually one of the more impressive freshmen I've seen this year...
that said, there's no way we should lose to them

Henry Sims is a great passer for a big man. It'll be interesting to see how JT3 uses him against the zone.

I was just at that game. It's amazing how little 'real talent' Georgetown has. I was surprised - i thought they'd be a better team, after having all that summer experience together. But, there are just no 'stars' there.

And, St. Johns... We should destroy them. They have effort, but no one today could hit an outside shot. Everyone was hell bent on overpenetrating and then missing (usually with contact) in the paint/at the rim.

The league isn't what it used to be.

I know this wasn't your point, but we've got several tough games before we need to worry about Georgetown.

Hope we're still chasing perfection when we square off against the Hoyas.

I's true we need to focus on each game.
But no game matters more than February 8th.

It's hard to back door the zone.
But we'd better get out of the habit of settling for so many jumpers and stop
trying to force passes that aren't there. That and allowing too many offensive rebounds are the only real weaknesses we've shown.
