Expand your mind a bit or just watch the other college or NFL teams. You need an off line TE or HB to run your power/ counter plays. Hard to have variation in your run game with just a in line TE. Mang, Hackett, Kleinberg, McPherson were all used in the same role Elmore plays. They have been using that position for their power blocking scheme since day 1.
