Good luck in the ACC Orange

I have to say that I think Syracuse handled its move to the ACC as well as or better than anyone else involved in conference realignment. By all appearances, Syrcacuse leadership was upfront and dealt with their contractual obligations in good faith. Many institutions should take note, especially West Virginians.

I wish Orange fans success in the ACC and will miss not seeing Syracuse on our football and hoops schedule after this football season. I've made the trip to the Carrier Dome for the last three UCONN football games there and probably will do the same this season.

Again, good luck in the ACC. I hope and suspect our paths will cross again after this upcoming season. But, in the world of college athletics, who knows for sure?

Thanks uconndogs...expansion certainly does cause wounds and elation and bumpy roads...like a rollercoaster. I am sure we are all pleased with our move to the ACC but leaving the BE and rivals such as Uconn, particularly in men's basketball is sad--but as you stated..."our paths will cross again" and the fun will begin anew"

Yeah it sucks leaving old friends/rivals like UConn. Hopefully ND decides to enter a conf and when they do its the ACC and UConn very well could be 16 no matter what BC says.

Thanks uconndogs. I suspect that our paths will cross soon in both basketball and football. As someone else said, if ND ever joins the ACC I expect you to follow along. I hope it happens sooner rather than later for UConn's sake. I just hope we can beat UConn finally this year in BigEast play... ugh and things of that nature.

Syracuse will play the Huskies in hoops again. Syracuse will also play in MSG again.

How about a 3 year rotation of Dome, XL, & MSG for Cuse vs UConn in our OOC schedules?

Football gets a bit trickier due to numbers but could be a replacement for the PSU games if they get shut down.
