Grayed out

When i got my new computer the installer suggested I stop using Internet Explorer. I am using Google Chrome at the present time. Sometimes when I initiate a post I can type in the title space but not in the message space below, which is grayed out. Other times, the message space is grayed out except for a strip in the middle of it that is white and I can type there.

Any suggestions?

I agree. I switched to Firefox and I love it
