Welch and Culpepper is a different story. Those two had the same play book TD had. Both are less talented. Welch was pretty solid and he didnt have much experience prior to the Wake game. At some points of the game you need to throw deeper pass concepts. Down and distance dictakes that so we cant say every snap was a simple read for them.
