This would be Mon-Thursday, 9 pm, conference and non-conference. I'm really sorry I looked this up. It's total BS, but those of you who want to defend JW, go ahead. MR. ESPN. The ACC is the worst conference ever.

CUSE and Georgia Tech-four each
Virginia and Louisville-three each
Clemson, FSU, ND, BC and Pitt-two each
Wake, Miami and VT-one each

TOBACCO ROAD (DUKE, UNC, NCState)- ZERO EACH

Non east coast teams (SMU, Cal and Stanford)- I didn't look too hard, but I believe its zero each

Here is the composite schedule. 2025-26ACCMBBCompositeSchedule (PDF) - Atlantic Coast Conference

Interesting. The west coast teams having zero is confusing.

Duke plays 9 PM games quite a lot during non-conference because they schedule good matches.
Not home games. Mostly neutral site, and I think they had two. There's a huge difference. One you drive to and one you sit on the couch for. No comparison. What time did you get home last night from the game?

Not to mention that our folks are driving in potential bad weather to home later at night. At the end of the day, it's just not fair.

Agreed, can’t complain when you’ve been irrelevant for decade
Has nothing to do with that. Has everything to do with creating programming and not pissing off the old guard of the conference who they bend over backwards for at all costs. What we have up leaving the BE. I have a huge issue with the leadership. Small time thinking and a big reason why we have a gap with other power conferences.

It sucks for us as fans, but I know when I was in college, I was probably in peak form at 9pm. Slept in or afternoon naps, stayed up until 1am most nights.

So hopefully our guys are similar and they’ll have plenty of energy at 9pm game times to earn some W’s.

Maybe wins and losses but overall, still one of the top teams for eyeballs and fannies in the seats.

Doesn't hurt having Kiyan playing.
I don’t disagree that the fan base is big, but that’s a given. To appeal beyond that, you need to have success.

I strongly disagree. If Syracuse was a perennial top 10 team, like the old guard is, they’d be playing prime time slots.

That doesn’t jive. Louisville was top 10 coming into the season and plays 4 9pm games this year and 3 at home. NC State wasn’t close to being ranked and had zero.
You are correct. This is a North Carolina conference. And while we were a top dog in the old Big East, we had to leave. One, a lot more money. Two, a potential future. Staying in the old Big East, we had neither. And if we stayed, UConn would have taken our spot and run to the bank with it if they would have been offered our spot.
