The news of when the no-huddle went into fruition is not new news. The tank package in my opinion came about due to frustration in the red zone and nothing more.

Hackett is underplaying it a bit. They've toyed with it and used quite a bit in practices, etc. I can see the decision to use it EXCLUSIVELY being made a week before, but Hackett's statement was misleading.
