3. We don't only take "known quantities" - and we have proof of that. We have at least 3 kids on our team that are from Canada, lightly recruited 2* players. Richards is huge and fast. Not known, met the psychical criteria, came to camp and is poised to be a breakout player (IMO). We'll take "under-the-radar" types - but they have to have the physical traits to compete in the ACC.

4. What this staff has done, and I am here for it - is said "we don't care where you come from, you have to be the best fit for what we do, that is willing to sign here"... Under the radar types from NYS playoffs would be seen at camps, evaluated. If they don't fit - they don't fit. It doesn't matter if they are from here or from Arizona. We're done signing kids from here just because they are from here. That makes a nice story - but it doesn't make a great team.
