Has a mascot ever been flagged during a game?

this mascot was merely following the basic theatre principles of staying in character.

The Definitive Guide to the Stanislavsky Acting Technique
article_full%401x.jpg

These tricks (or exercises) can be boiled down to these basic principles:
  • Actors should focus on a character’s tasks. What is your character doing?
  • What action does your character need to enact to do the task?
  • Why does the character do that particular action to accomplish that particular task?
  • Why is that task important to that character? What is the character’s objective?
  • should i mug with the kids or t-shirt cannon the hoi polloi ?
  • What is getting in the way of your character reaching that objective? What’s the obstacle?
are we going to flag every single ounce or endeavor of basic artistic expression ?

I turned on ACCN and they had the second Miami 30 for 30 on. They seemed to zoom In on a game in the Butch Davis years, maybe Washington at the Orange Bowl where their seagull was flagged for excessive celebration.

It’s an ibis (Sebastian the Ibis), but I can see how one could interpret it to be a seagull
