Additionally if he can move to being a leader and picking and choosing his emotional moments vs being a nutcase on the sidelines it is likely to benefit the team and the coaching staff. It is hard to be tactical when you are at the stage of meltdown emotionally before the 2nd possession.

Something else- it seems we have the players to make plays on the outside. Maybe some more of the option coupled with estime/broyld split out on opposite sides of the field can help to spread the d out and play to our strengths.  Also this might give running the ball up the middle a chance of being successful.   It does not appear wr have the right guys for a pro style offense. Why force that issue? Use your playmakers in jerome, ashton, estime and clark. I think we wil be ok. 6 wins will be a fight but its not a lost cause.
