This is only partially true. The mortality rate IS far higher in Italy, but[B] far lower[/B] than the world and US average in South Korea, at well under 1%. The difference is that the South Koreans carried out pervasive testing, including among the asymptomatic. That ship largely appears to have sailed for us because we didn't have - and don't have - enough tests to do the job. [/QUOTE]
