But this seems to make it clear that these ND games from the beginning were meant to SU homes at MetLife and that MetLife had a part in bringing this about, which would seem to indicate to me, they are contractually involved as well as ND and SU.  I really don't see how anyone could interpret this part of the debate any other way.
