We are more likely to be embarrassed when they show the open to the game and we have 25k Orange and 55k Irish fans and the announcers reference that. I don't disagree that the ACC markets itself really well,  but these games are supposed to be Syracuse home games and they won't be when twice as many Irish fans are in the stands.

I appreciate your arguments I don't think you are being unfair, but these games are allowing Notre Dame to basically have 10 home games and 5 road games against ACC competition. I don't blame Notre Dame NYC fans for grabbing tickets and filling the place up. We only had 39k for USC and I believe 61k for Penn State. I don't expect either of these SU home games versus ND to have 50% SU fans, when if we just cancelled these Metlife games and played @ND from 2014-2016 and then got them at home from 2017-2019 at the Dome would create a pro-SU home crowd. I just want somebody in the media to please ask Dr. Gross on the record about this. I have talked with and exchanged emails with Dr. Gross on this subject he knows what I have said has merit and has treated me with more respect than most of the people hammering me in this thread because my argument while unpopular has truth in it.
