has anyone watched this Heads Up Football tackling technique video?

i don't know how you're supposed to try to tackle a guy who will try to get away from you by sumo wrestling the guy pulling your head back and bringing your arms up like you're trying to carry something by the crook of your elbows and putting it up on a shelf.
this is a terrible description.
i guess it would make the game safer because you'd never actually successfully tackle a guy that way
