Heat clear roster space; looking for rebounding help

I just think they need to play Joel Anthony more minutes and go less with that small lineup. Chris Bosh is not a glass cleaner and Lebron has too many other responsibilities to worry about eating up as many rebounds as he has. They want to get out and run.

Bring on AO though... what could it hurt?

Thought the same thing when I read that. But if they want to go "small ball", maybe they can call up Paul Harris and he can play center! He's a good rebounder! (Yes...seriously sarcastic! Ooh, and an oxymoron, too!)

Fab just put up huge #s yesterday 13 points, 15 rebounds and 14 blocks. Anything close and he swatted it!

Do they have access for any and all D-league teams? I thought Fab was still Boston property.

Most D Leaguers are free agents, but some like Fab are contractually obligated to an NBA franchise.

After January 10th a lot of D-leagues will get signed. I think AO, Andy, and Dnic have a shot at getting drafted.

D League showcase is this week in Reno. All 16 teams will be playing 2 games each in front of NBA scouts so 4 games per day. THe basketball players are everywhere in the casinos everywhere you look here there's D league player lol.

NBA contracts will be handed out Thurs/Fri.

It is funny, I never thought of AO as a particularly good rebounder when he was here with us. Has he become a better rebounder or were his relatively lower rebound averages the result of circumstances e.g. being the center in a zone defense?

Watching some old games...there were times where it looked like he barely could get off the floor. Perhaps it was just his bad knees at the time. I cant believe he has become such a dynamic rebounder in the pros.

Wow have you set Igor up for a bunny. Can't believe he hasn't jumped in already!
