Help watching

I'm really dumb with techy stuff. Have Espn watch on my phone. DISH net for tv and time Warner for internet. Anyone help me on how to watch the game. I read the threads. I don't understand the talk. Apple, roku. Etc. Would be willing to put 10 bucks in someone's PayPal account if they could help me.
