The fundamental problem in my opinion has been lack of stability. The Conference has never had a sustained period for growth and development. What would you have done to prevent the constant change? I obviously do not know the inner workings of the conference. But in any organization instability - constant reshuffling - does not promote growth. Had the original BE Football Conference remained intact, it would be a very good conference and a very lucrative one in my judgment.
