Either take a guy from Eastern Washington, James Madison, ODU, Jacksonville state or pick somebody like Ash and load him up with the very best OC DC and recruiters from the strong FCS schools. These guys are the next Frost, the next Riley etc... Go all in on the very best of the FCS and i think you would see Syracuse make a great leap.
