[B]2/2 CHESTNUT HILL, Mass.[/B] – Four Notre Dame players finished in double-figures as the visiting Fighting Irish came away with a 79-73 victory over Boston College Saturday afternoon at Conte Forum.

Ky Bowman led BC with 13 first-half points, including 5-of-11 shooting from the field and three treys. The Eagles struggled from downtown, shooting just 26.7 percent (4-of-15), but held a 7-0 advantage on second chance points to keep it close at the break.
Jared Hamilton poured in 17 points on 8-of-10 shooting for the Eagles. Four BC players finished in double-figures, led by Bowman's 25 points. Nik Popovic chipped in with 14 points and six rebounds while Jordan Chatman added 14 points for the Eagles.

[B]2/5 Durham, NC[/B] - No. 2 Duke opened the second half on an 8-0 run as the Blue Devils captured a 80-55 victory over Boston College Tuesday evening at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Boston College carried a 30-28 lead into halftime after limiting Duke to 1-of-15 shooting from three-point range in the first half.

Duke outscored the Eagles 52-25 over the final 20 minutes of play to secure the victory.

The Blue Devils moved to 20-2 overall and 8-1 in the ACC while Boston College dropped to 11-10 on the season and 2-7 in conference play.
BC shot the ball well from downtown in the first half to take the lead into half. The Eagles connected on four of nine from behind the arc in the first 20 minutes.

B.C. beat Fl St by six at home not long ago. We'd better basketball and shoot the ball better than we did Tues. night or this will not be good and we're going to stink up the DOME. You can't come back from 22 down to 1 point behind and not be totally gassed then lose.

Please get someone in Bowman's face for the entire game and play basketball the way we can!
