Despite numerous errors and the elongated overall level of play, this team showed enough heart to do what other teams have failed to do at times in the past.

I agree that they fought hard when things looked hopeless. We're entering the underdog phase and it's always fun to root for the underdog. We haven't had that many opportunities to do that in recent years.
