Fans don't want to pay full price for 4 preseason games but he keeps insisting on interpreting that to mean everyone wants an 18 game regular season just so the owners don't lose out on the game money. football is the king because there aren't so many games and it's the only major pro sport whose season starts when you want it to start and ends when you want it to end

It sounds good on paper. But the last few weeks already feature 3rd stringers and a 2 page injury report for each team. I want the best players playing each other to earn trips to the games that really count.
