My recollection is that we had pulled ahead by 6-7 points midway through the second half when Richardson called a time out. he didn't spend any of it with the players, just talking calmly with the refs, who then called 18 of the next 19 fouls on Syracuse. the announcers for the game said they were sad that this was was decided by the referees,, not the players.
