All we really know for sure is that Michael calls the operator to get Sonny and says something like "get me Long Beach 4-5620" like it's a phone number back then and we are to believe it started with the town name, like Sonny or the main house was in Long Beach, NY.....
but the real house they used was a villa style compound that is in Staten Island.
But maybe Sonny has another house in Long Beach. Always confused by that part but I might be overthinking it.
