Dont tell me that emotion and passion doesnt matter. Im so glad that Doug let it all hang out tonight. I hope that going forward he continues to motivate with passion and fire as it made a huge differance and i believe won the game.

They could have taken a knee on that last play but he knew what it meant to drive the tank past that first down line. Looked like he wanted to be out there blocking too.

Given the quote from HCDM they kept showing all game, it is hard not to envision that Marrone was feeling a LOT of pressure about the team underperforming in W/L column. He really seemed to let it all hang out tonight, which may have indirectly helped the team pick up a win.

Hope he isn't afraid to show more fire from here on out.
