Said it before and Ill say it again, he is so under valued by so many here its just scary, There are for sure teams in the top 25 who would love him, He has his faults but Ill tell you he is in the top 5 qbs that have ever played at Syracuse, his arm is NFL ready and if he can keep away from the mistakes he will lead this team to a bowl. He steeped up a like senior QB should tonight and last week as well.

Nassib definitely has his faults. But agreed--he is a lot better than some are willing to give him credit for.

That said, he needs to ing find a way to win 2 of these next 4 games, or his legacy is tarnished. Bowl or bust.

His legacy? It's a team game. The D better find a way to contain mobile QB's.

Whatever. It is a team game, but that was a great drive. Not just a great drive, but perhaps a SEASON SAVING drive.

Kudos to our offense, across the board.

Nassib's only weakness has been turnovers. If he can continue to stay away from them, he is a top 15 College QB.

Completely agree. But the turnovers have been bad.

That said, this kid is really having an impressive campaign.

Munchie = Daniels

Confident we will do better next week

That's an incorrect interpretation of my earlier post.

That has absolutely nothing to do with pointing out that Nassib has taken some undue this year. Great win for him and the team.

Tough for me to interpret it any other way.

What the does that have to do with making "...it sound like it's all up to him?"

Most years LSU would kill for a QB Nassib's quality. Of course when their defense allows 3 points a game 80% of the posters here could QB them to a bowl game.

Probably the word "he".

I don't want to take anything away from Nassib but it was not his best effort by far. He would be the first to tell you that. He was not sharp and few of his passes were on the money. Most were high, low, behind, on the hip etc. It is however to his great credit that he sucked it up and threw perfect strikes on the last drive. Kudos to him.

He still throws bullets. Thing is, he does have an NFL arm, and NFL receivers will catch said bullets.

Really he led Smth perfectly on the dropped TD and he threw a perfect pass to Lemon early in the third Quarter.

Nassib missed on a few throws and to be a bit picky the throw to Smith should have been softer. Yes I know big boys catch that throw but let's face it I really like Mr. Smith but his hands are not his best asset. Nassib missed a couple of step ins/arounds in the pocket again being picky again but he has an arm that NFL people love and he can make throws many in the NFL right now can not do. I'm thrilled for him (he did have a pretty darn good week, eh?) and the team because that offensive line protected his butt in that last drive from what I believe were multiple blitzes.

Hell I'd give my left nut for where he s going to be in a couple of months. Hang around the NFL for a couple of years as a back-up or 3rd QB and get paid couple hundred grand.
