How about Nassib the last two weeks?

To a large extent, I think a QB is only as good as his team - the WRs ability to get open and catch the ball, the OL providing protection and giving him time to throw, the RBs being able to generate a complimentary ground game, and the defense not putting the offense in a position of having to play from behind and being forced to predictably throw the ball almost every down.

I'm not saying Nassib is as good as Tom Brady, but what do you think Brady's stats would look like if he played for a team like the Jags?

A friend of mine always tells me that if Archie Manning was drafted by the Steelers and Bradshaw by the Saints you would have never heard of Bradshaw and Manning would have 3 rings.

Good point. It's no coincidence that the Davey O'Brien Award (best collegiate QB) always goes to a player on a highly-ranked team. I think a convincing argument could be made that Tebow wasn't the most talented QB in the '07 class (I'm think especially of Matt Ryan @ BC).

For all his imperfections ( ), we will miss him next year. Especially early.
