FS1 is the upstart they know they have to spend and get more content to get the ratings up. ESPN having to spend that money would cut down the money forE it to give the Big Ten for the rights that FOX isn't getting. The Big XII would get a decent contract from FOX or NBC if ESPN pulled out.
