I went back and looked and we aren’t getting offensive rebounds off 3 pt misses very often and when we do the conversion on the second chance is rare.

Additionally - teams are breaking off 3pt misses at way too high of a clip thus those misses hurting us both ways( I didn’t include the opponent scores in the above +\- but you could argue that the half court possessions would result in lower conversion rates even with our weak defense.

There needs to be a balance of finding defensive lineups that can score to increase leads or decrease deficits and of course more efficient shooting when the matchups hand us a gift.

I know that the consensus is Bell will find his shot but I do wonder if the focus on other things is too much for him and he’s out of sync with his shot and his footwork. That’s not an excuse but to me is more of a clue maybe  he has to be a 6th/7th man vs a starter.
