It forces guys to find the hole as it opens and if you don't have the instincts to do that then you're dancing, over-thinking, etc. One of my big hopes in Lester's new offense is a more straight forward blocking scheme. Get in your stance, look up, find the guy in front of you and knock him on his arse!
