Don McPherson is right - the Big East would be foolish to consider Villanova as a football member at this point.

The BE needs to effectively leverage something that is very, very precious in the world of college football - the automatic BCS bid.

I believe that that could be done if approached the right way.

The football schools will have to take over and drive the process.
