It would have to be a "dream job" for him to stay. And he's certainly not doing "what's best for his family" if they resent having to move all the time as he pursues his dream.

He's certainly no ogre and isn't an uncaring person,as the Rob Long situation shows. He's a good football coach but he walks out on jobs before they are finished and that's not good. My only problem with the "dream job" comment is that I felt that after introducing himself that way to us, he should have said something when he left about why he was leaving or how this job didn't turn out the way he hoped  it did. Just having  our coach announced as somebody else's coach at a press conference was quite a shock and we needed something more at that point and didn't get it.
