How Syracuse Held off Michigan for Pickard

I am not speaking for Pickard but some of these things probably weighed in our favor:

1. Syracuse coaching staff
2. Syracuse coaching staff
3. Syracuse is in the ACC (on a comparable level to any other conference)
4. Facility improvement

Just give this program the same resources that any other school has had and see us compete now for some of these guys. Love it
