He also needed to recruit, covid, etc. I think he's doing just fine. 8 wins, 9 wins and will win 9 or so this year. Built a consistent winner and that's the goal. He also lost an NFL qb after 2022 season, not phased still winning on a consistent basis. Built depth and recruited good talent with good scheme on both sides.
