They are moving the ball almost at since the Pitt game without really long plays.  They are getting 10 yd runs and 25 yd passes, but only a handful of 30+ plays.  
 
There are still parts of the offense that we have only seen glimpses of, namely the play action game and the TE.  
 
With the greater emphasis on using the power run game with the pass game this is now one of the most balanced and diverse offenses in the country.     Multiple isn't a bad word, and being able to game plan to take advantage of the opponent instead of trying to hide weaknesses is a nice change.   
 
2. The defense that they played Sat. was just flatout unsound.   They have shown they can play, and scheme, much better.   Great thing is that they have this on film and can adjust the approach the rest of the way.   Also it was a great lesson is keeping the play in front of you when playing an athletic QB.   There were many instances where they had Daniels dead to rights if they were sound instead of lunging, if they had just held their ground backside help was a step or two away.  Over playing and over pursuing was the biggest issue last week.
 
If Sat. was an aberration this defense will be fine.
 
The next three teams have significant strenghts, but also big weaknesses that can be exploited.    SU has the capability (and that what "turned the corner" is about) and realistic chance to win these next three games, and that is the first time you could say that since 2004.
