Nassib's 143 rating last year was 35th in the country. In 1986, it would've been 5th. in 1992, it would've been 4th. By 1997, a 143 falls out of top 20 I'm eyeballing it but 2005 looks to be the year where passing offenses really got more efficient across the board.
