If you watch the BC game you can count on one hand the number of times Hunt gets stopped by first tackler and while not fast he is extemely elusive. He is getting the hang of the zone read. Were loaded at RB our O line should be good and our WRs will improve. Our D returns a bunch of people with alot of game experience including excellent core of linebackers. 8-4 9-3 is not unrealistic if you look at schedule maybe get a sniff of the top 25 if things go well Im pumped.

In the BC game, he player with real determination and often wasn't stopped by the 2nd or 3rd tackler either. It was if he wanted to put the offense on his back (especially on 3rd down). Am I the only one who saw this?

Terrell Hunt is a competitor and has heart. That's what you need with a young offense and a program on the turn around.

Loved the fake punt and dive for the first down as well. Extremely heady play.

Touche.

He was definitely determined to make plays, something he lost after he list his confidence. Glad it's back, think he will move the chains against Minny's front seven.

I said the same thing to my wife at the game--and then he throws that gawd-awful interception! :bang: I almost cried. But then he comes back with that game-winning drive--magnificent again!:p

I have been feeling 2015 is the year for us to make some serious noise, but next season, as it stands now, anything less then 8 wins would be a disappointment

Maybe next year, when we win 8 games, we can complain loudly when our bowl game opponent is a 6-6 Big10 team.

Imagine if he had wide open WR's running around like Winston, or throw a bubble screen that gets taken 70 yards. Not saying he is the next McNabb, but given what he has to work with he can be a upper end college QB.

You have been saying 2015 for some time now and I am starting to think you are right. If Hunt improves as I think he will and has some effective WRs, the only thing keeping us from a top 25 would be the defense. It is starting to look like we could have our best D since Shafer's first year so I think we have a shot.

As for 2014, I see the upside as high as 10 and the downside as low as 8. We should beat the Golden Domers for the second straight time as well.

I can't wait to get Jamal Custis on the field, I feel like we got ourselves a beast.
