Great pocket awareness.  As a first year starter he is light years ahead of Ryan.
 
Leadership. You can tell the guys respect him. It is evident on the field and on the sideline
 
Game speed.  He plays fast on the field and has a very quick first step and first 5 yards which is more important than a great 40 time.
 
He needs to improve looking off his primary and also not locking in on his primary. He missed many opportunities yesterday especially with Ashton over the middle. There were four or five times that he checked down when he could have hit strike down field.  He is not to the point that he feels comfortable throwing to a spot yet. He is still a sight line thrower.  I do believe he has good vision so this will come with time.
 
Deep ball needs more air. He missed on three deep balls that with a little more air would have been completions.
 
Experiance will cure most of this. I believe that he has the makings of a very good leader for us over the next few years. As Kool kid gets better so will Hunt they both just need time.
