And that's in a very talent rich state obviously, where he had pretty deep connections.  He saw an increase pretty quickly based on his own acumen and personality, but he needed to show some success to make the next step.

2015 year you guys were 61.  2016, throw it away, because who knows what he'll be able to put together, it's kind of a freebie.  Maybe next 2017 he get's you in the high 40s, and then with some success on the field you're within striking distance of the 30s where some pretty successful programs find themselves regularly.  No doubt on-field success will be a part of it, but I wouldn't panic about 2017's class, and certainly wouldn't judge him by 2016, unless he puts together something positive.  Your personal recruiting philosophy or ability only goes so far before you show it on the field.
