All three coaches are closer in age to retirement than the 18-21 year old kids they are coaching. There would be nothing wrong with bringing on a coach in his mid 20s to young 30s to help out. As I've said before, the game is evolving and this program is behind the times. Maybe that changes in the next couple of years with the new recruits but right now, this team isn't seeing a Final Four next year [/QUOTE]
