I think AA has done a good job here, but right now, it almost feels everything going forward will rely on his ability to recruit. That's a bit unfair. If JB turns back time, hits the road, adds an assistant with recruiting experience and re-energizes this program, we can gets things headed back to where we were used to. But if none of that happens, where does this program go? I'm afraid that we're more likely to see more of the same and that worries me about the next 3-5 years, and in turn could have an impact on the type/level of coach we are able to hire to replace JB...
