The Kristof elbow occurred 2 years before the NCAA adopted the Flagrant 1 & Flagrant 2 policy. It used to just be an intentional foul or a Flagrant (ejection). By the current rules, Kristof would've likely received a Flagrant 1 (2 shots & ball, no ejection)
