I (heart) our new Chancellor

He is a leader. And making crisis his friend as much as he can.

Cantor was good for a bit as she was the anti-Shaw, but we are in absolutely phenomenal hands right now.
He has done a terrific job to date. Was put in a tough place but is finding his way out of the wilderness very methodically.

His AD hire is going to be important...

He will nail the AD hire. Be prepared for someone who looks more like Shaw at the AD level. ; )

This hire was no accident. Cantor's removal and his hiring were planned a few years ago and skillfully orchestrated by unseen forces who still anonymously are the powers that be behind the throne.

Yes, the Chancellor couldn't have started off in a much tougher situation.
And he's done reasonably well getting closure.
But...Gross should be fired...not given some cushy demotion until he finds another job.
Boeheim much trickier circumstances. He wound up getting a pretty good deal.
It should have been one more year.

Gross should have been fired however since his contract is done ob June 30th, my thoughts are it would be cheaper to keep him on board.
