I don’t know where this comment should be placed… but the holding cell on Chestnut in the second quarter was ridiculous. The offensive players was pressing his back against Deuce to shield him from being able to get to the QB. Yes Chestnut got his arms on both sides of the WR, but he was reading the play, waiting to see if he could break on the QB who was running toward him. He was not holding the WR from making progress in any direction. Dumb call.

Yeah, I hated the call but it was the right call.

Defense has been suspect the last couple games. A couple big burns that shouldn’t happen especially on G. Williams.

I expect Deuce as a true freshman to have more than a few blown coverages. He’s very young and this talent generally has been playing college ball for a couple years.

I hope to see better play from our defense the next couple weeks.
