As you noted in the age of 60+ inch HDTV's and sports bars that continue to get better and better most people will just stay home or head to a bar to watch the game rather then have to drive around the campus for an hour looking for a spot. Things have tightened considerably for those of us with parking passes if your trying to park without a pass somewhere near the dome, forget it.
