It actually started with Gross and Nancy and continued with the present administration. Read the information yourself, and decide for yourself.

I remember my 11th grade English Lit class. Right before the final exam, I told the teacher that I'm not into Shakespeare, I didn't do any of the assigned reading, and I don’t ever go to the library, and could she just give me the answers.
