I haven't been this upset after a Syracuse football loss in probably 20 years. Which is a good sign that SU football is close to being back as a program that it has upset me this much and has drawn this kind of emotion out of me. A feeling that I thought after so many years of losing had killed in me and I would never feel this way again after an SU football game. We can analysis this and break this game down till the cows come home, Syracuse gave this game away...period. After the muffed punt there is no way Syracuse should have lost this game, they had Clemson dead to rights in the 4th quarter right after that muffed punt. I mean they played hard and had the #3 team in the country on the ropes in their building and I'm proud of them and we are really close to being a good program again,...yadda yadda yadda but we gave it away plain and simple. We just did.  Looking at the rest of this schedule there should be NO WAY we lose to UNC, Pitt, L'ville. Anything less than 7 wins and this season is a disappointment and honestly we should be at 8 wins when all is said and done at the very least.

But after this loss today I know now how Dennis Green felt back in the day. Because we let them off the hook!
