I really hope AG

Crazy to think that he hasn't scored a basket since the NC State ACCT game. He and Buddy had the same exact scoring average just a few games ago -- now Buddy is 3.6 ppg higher.

But it feels like AG has to be due for a breakout performance.

He had a nice game against NC St. 12, 8, & 5. Just 2 games ago.

Unfortunately he’s just the kind of player who is not consistently focused.

Now, with Braswell’s length, heady play, and timely hooping available there is no reason to give AG a long leash. Bob is not flashy like AG but he is in tune with his responsibilities every minute he is on the floor. AG floats in the breeze.

All that said. I do think we could hear from AG again before it’s all said and done.

Probably shouldn't read too much into #bodylanguage but I feel like JB is really trying to coach him up. He is constantly teaching him and AG looks like he's listening. He's oozing with physical talent and as Cuse Action said and he seems like a good kid. I wouldn't be surprised to see him bounce back tomorrow.

QG, Marek and Bras are playing better lately...if Benny lives up to the billing and the other forwards are back...its gonna get tough for AG to get time out there next year...maybe he would be better at shooting gaurd...i think the team is better defensively with him up top.

Looking way ahead...but interesting to think of a potential matchup with Illinios...still a long way off...but if it did happen...i bet hed go off in that game.

I think JB and AG have a much better relationship than most on here think. AG is a coach’s son after all.

JB remains true to his starters but keeps AG on a short leash after the last few games. I would love to see get his Mojo back but he has to do it. I see JB talking to him when he pulls him and AG appears to be listening and nodding his head but the funk has continued for a few games now. We nned him back big time!!

It's getting so bad for him that they old "seeing the ball go in on a ft" adage didn't seem to work. Of couse not going to the line didn't help. And wasn't he jus 1/3 the game before?

I like griffin. Unfortunately our defense takes a hit when he is on the floor. And he has 1 too many heat checks that kills the offense. The ball moves better on offense when he is out and the defense is stronger inside. There is obviously still a place for him on this team, I just think he is more of a role player at this point in the season. Doesn’t mean he can’t get hot. But I think Braswell does more for us right now.
