yeah we run a Cross Fit style program here with our military guys, the amount of injuries in the beginning were crazy. everyone thinks they can just walk in and lift the weight they are use to lifting. took a lot of time to get through to everyone that we essentially had to start over, lift super low weight until form was down then move up from there. Its just a process, but after 2 months every single PT score improved significantly

It's not crossfit for the local overweight person that wants to look cool. It's similar concepts to crossfit, for athletes, supervised by training personal. Big difference.

You're probably thinking about watching a crossfit competition, instead of what they do in the gym for the 6 months of training leading up to that competition

Yep. It's the offseason so there is time to get knicked learning if need be; but I trust this new S&C staff. There are some great bowling green videos on YouTube.
