At one point late in the game a d lineman literally smeared him against the turf and bounced off him. It looked incredibly painful

Kid hung tough, but I was afraid for him too. He is not the biggest kid physically but he does all the little things well. Here's hoping they as a program continue to improve and he has more weapons around him.

I would love to see some big hits on Boyd EARLY next week.

I was actually fearful for Joe and his wifes life trying to get escorted through swarming masses at half time. I got stuck behind his entourage, and was amazed to see basically everyone he walked by turn around and stare after realizing it was him. Then of course would shout out his name. I am sure he probably lives a great life, but I was annoyed for him at that point, and I just saw 5 minutes of his life.
